Their order management has always been impressive, and they've been super helpful whenever I've had questions.

For instance, the postage situation has been a bit chaotic lately. I shot them an email (and I bet I'm not the only one) and they responded with nothing but courtesy and professionalism.

My second order came in great shape as well, really diggin' the store! The only hiccup is that the Anakin I received is lacking his padawan braid, but hey, that's a figure issue, not on you folks.

Steer clear. I placed an order for a bunch of figures and soon realized I had accidentally bought two of the same one. Totally my bad. Just a little over a day after I ordered, I reached out to them. No shipping had happened yet. Since it was my error, I requested that they hold off on sending the item and mentioned I’d be fine with a credit for a future purchase. Three days later, I got a blunt reply saying, "we don't amend orders." No refund, no replacement, nothing at all—just a cold, tough luck message. They didn’t even ship my order for five days after I emailed them, and two days after their response. I was taken aback, especially since I had just gone through a tough time. Normally, I would’ve pushed back, but I let it slide this time. It took 11 days for the item to show up, with a week spent on shipping, which isn’t great for items that are in stock, but whatever. I’ve spent a lot with them over the years, but never again. Everything seems fine until you ask for a bit of customer service and support. Then it’s just tough luck. Steer clear.

This is the top online store in the universe for Star Wars collectibles. They come in perfect shape and super quick, too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I usually have my doubts about using sites like this. You just never know what you're really gonna end up with in terms of quality or if the product is even legit.

But I gotta say, after dropping £100 on some Avengers figures, I’m pleasantly surprised. This company has been fantastic for my first experience, and I’m hoping it stays that way.

Delivery times can be a bit of a gamble, but I got a double order of 12 figures in just 5 working days, and I was more than satisfied with that (plus, free shipping over £50 is a nice touch).

The packaging was solid, and the figures were in perfect condition. When I reached out for help, they replied to my email in about 2 hours... can't complain about that!
